Paying here does not hold your dates by itself. Ask Bev about your dates first using the form on the website. Once she confirms they are open, she will tell you what to pay and send you back to this page.
The initial reservation down payment that holds your dates. It is applied toward your total, and it is the amount named in your rental agreement.
Pay $300 DepositFor anything Bev has quoted you directly — the balance of your stay, the golf cart, a pet fee, an extra night, or a winter monthly rate. Type in the amount from your quote.
Pay a Custom AmountPrefer Venmo? Send Bev the amount from your quote. In the Venmo note, put your name and your arrival date so she can match it to your stay. The $300 deposit is paid by card above, since that is how your card is kept on file for the rental agreement.
Pay with VenmoGolf cart: $40 a day or $200 a week from April through August, $30 a day or $175 a week from September through March. Use the custom amount above if you are paying for it on its own. The cart is not refundable once your dates are reserved — including for weather.
Pet fees, if you are bringing one: $100 for a dog under 50 lb, $150 for a dog over 50 lb, $75 for a cat. Use the custom amount above, or ask Bev to include it in your balance. A pet that was not disclosed is a violation of the rental agreement.
Paying by Venmo: it does not hold your dates by itself either. Use the button above so you land on Bev's own profile, and check the name before you send.
On your card statement this will appear as THE GAIL AT HAVENS. Card, Apple Pay and several other methods are accepted. Bev is the owner and she handles every booking herself — if anything about a payment looks wrong, ask her before disputing it and she will sort it out.
